Summary: This position is responsible for working with a team of Wealth Advisors to manage client relationships and actively participate in the financial planning process to address all areas of wealth management, including retirement planning, investment management, risk management, estate planning, insurance planning, and tax considerations.  Duties/Responsibilities: •	Anticipate advisor’s needs and handle them proactively •	Build and maintain relationships with clients •	Mastery of the financial planning process  •	Knowledge of mutual fund, stock, bond, insurance, and annuity products •	Understand and support the firm's vision, mission, and strategy •	Engage in teamwork, team building and integrate into the culture of the firm •	Develop a thorough understanding of the firm’s proprietary investment process and corresponding portfolio modeling platforms •	Serve needs of firm’s clients as first point of contact while collaborating with the team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service •	Prepare meeting agendas, materials, proposals and manage follow-up •	Gather information to prepare and analyze comprehensive financial plans •	Review estate documents including wills, trusts and insurance policies •	Prepare tax projections, estimated payments and other necessary tax planning •	Manage client onboarding process •	Coordinate communication frequency with team and clients •	Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Morningstar® Advisor WorkstationSM, Financial Planning Software and Client Relationship Management Systems  Desired Skills/Experience: •	2-5 years of success working within an advisory or similar setting  •	BA or BS in business; completion of registered Paraplanner (RP) program, a plus  •	Enrollment or willingness to enroll in CFP® certification program  •	FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities registrations  Personal/Professional Qualities: •	Candidate must be a self-starter who is motivated, analytical, and organized •	Collaborative team player •	Ability to think on one’s feet •	An amazing attitude and extraordinary customer service skills •	Ability to utilize and leverage firm and broker dealer resources •	Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to build trusted relationships •	Enjoy interacting with people face-to-face and over the phone •	Ability to think critically and process complex financial scenarios •	Strong attention to detail and accuracy •	Strong time management skills – ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment •	Open and receptive to feedback and mentorship •	Demonstrate technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies and leverage them to facilitate tasks and communications •	Display the desire to learn and grow
